Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs both ways. Repair turnaround will range from 7-10 business days plus shipping.
Level 2- Flat Rate Repair
This option provides the most comprehensive repair services to include cracked displays or bad CPU boards. You cover the inbound cost, and we will cover the return shipping at ground via UPS/Fedex rates. Repair turnaround will range from 5-7 business days plus shipping.
Depot Maintenance Contract
This option provides annual maintenance agreements for your equipment and ensures you do not get any unexpected repair bills. Repair turnaround will range from 3-5 business days plus shipping.
Results-Driven
This option provides additional coverage for critical Depot Maintenance contract customers. We will make available a spare pool of units that are stored at our facility preconfigured to work in your environment. When the need arises, we will ship out a replacement scanner and you return the defective unit.
